The Residential 170 is Bravi Platforms' first machine built specifically for residential construction and renovation work, a market where full size access equipment is rarely practical. At just 66cm wide and 174cm stowed, it's compact enough for finished homes and tight refurbishment sites, with a working height of 3.7m suited to standard ceiling heights. Its lightweight build of only 360kg means it can operate safely on finished floors and slabs without causing damage.
